Get into the Halloween spirit, one slow stretch at a time. Join us for an all-levels yoga flow in the cat lounge, where our adoptable cats are free to wander, supervise, and possibly claim your mat as their own.
Led by favorite local instructor Emily Haines, this class is beginner-friendly and focused on relaxation, with a little Halloween flair. Costumes are welcome but not required. Black leggings count as a costume.

Why black cats? They're often the last cats chosen for adoption, and in October they have to deal with superstition on top of that. This class is our way of showing them some love. Every cat you meet is looking for a home, and one of them might pick you.
