  Socialize cats adjusting to shelter life with treats, toys, and gentle pets.

• Adoption Counselor (Kitty Concierge)Con los gatos

  Build relationships with adopters and help match them with suitable cats; assist with adoption events.

• Event Volunteer

  Assist with planning and carrying out special events, interact with attendees, and help with decorations.

• Daily Helper (Cleaning & Maintenance)

  Clean cat items, cages, rooms, and facility; sweep, mop, unbox shipments, and sort donations.

• CaretakerCon los gatos

  Provide temporary home care for cats: spot cleaning, fresh food/water/litter, and health monitoring.

• Spay Day Scrub TechCon los gatos

  Assist veterinarians with spay and neuter surgeries; prepare cats and monitor during surgery.

• Veterinarian (Spay/Neuter Surgeon)Con los gatos

  Perform spay and neuter surgeries, administer rabies vaccinations and microchip implants.

• Transporter

  Transport cats to veterinary appointments and other locations.

Volunteering at Cat Haven is such a rewarding experience! As a non-profit, we rely heavily on volunteers to accomplish our every day tasks. We have several different volunteering opportunities, ranging from Kitty Concierge (adoptions) to transportation and caretaking.
